I loved the idea of this hop, as winter time is my
favorite time of the year and reading one of my favorite activities. In fact,
I have this dream of some day living in a log cabin with a window seat in the
library, a good book and cup of tea in my hands as the snow falls over the frozen lake in
my back yard…all I need to add to this picturesque scene is a big fountain running, some candles, and I’ve
found paradise! LOL

I love to cozy up with a book in a big comfy chair under a nice warm blanket with a cup of tea beside me right next to a window. Favorite time is either early morning as the sun rises and fills the room, or when it's raining (love that soothing sound).

Well, if it's in my house that I'm doing this in, then I'm in my recliner with a nice fuzzy blanket, maybe w/ a glass of wine or if I'm feelin frisky then it's a rum and coke. (lol)
But I will also say that what you've described above sounds absolutely amazing also! We lived in a log home in Wisconsin when I was a teenager during the winter(uh, burrr) and it was pretty cool. Those months in that big house have ruined me for any other type of home. *laughs*

I always imagine myself cozying up in an isolated log cabin in the mountains, lying down on a comfy couch, wrapped up in an afghan and surrounded by warmth from the crackling flames in the fireplace and drinking a hot cup of cocoa while the snow falls outside.
Yup, that' my ideal cozy scene.
